In the 6th minute of the match Damian Lorencio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicanor Jatsu skillfully saved the ball. In the 9th match minute, PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Ciceron to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Jerano came free, but Nicanor Jatsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 played minutes PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Fidencio. Leon Cordeal might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicanor Jatsu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Cordeal ran back to his position shaking his head. Leon Cordeal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Fidencio hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Fidel Jerano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicanor Jatsu having to make a save. Leon Cordeal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Cordeal in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicanor Jatsu saved PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB from getting behind. Fidel Jerano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Jatsu having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Club Deportivo Arena got a freekick which was hit by Diego Artal. Honorato Savier acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vinicio Raymon. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Primitivo Toro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Faustino Fidencio kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Fidel Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 60th match minute, PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Bonifaco to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the game, Leonel Ciceron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Deportivo Arena the free kick. The supporters of Club Deportivo Arena booed when PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Ciceron didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Arena's Fidel Jerano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicanor Jatsu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo Arena's zone, Primitivo Toro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorato Savier came out of the goal and Primitivo Toro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 78 played minutes, PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB's Tadeo Bonifaco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Honorato Savier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB reached it. Filiberto Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the game, one of PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Fidel Jerano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo Arena's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Jerano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Jatsu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Leon Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Jerano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nicanor Jatsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicanor Jatsu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Jerano's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. When the match was over Club Deportivo Arena could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PALIVAL FUTBOL CLUB throughout the match.
