Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carolo Isusko took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute Fulgencio Tibalt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Bras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Damian Galeno reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Silvio Lertxun. The goal made the score 1-0. Godfredo Gauargi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Silvio Lertxun made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Godfredo Gauargi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arequito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Godfredo Gauargi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvio Lertxun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fulgencio Tibalt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabricio Bras having to interfere. Amador Ubendu hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Carolo Isusko struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Fabricio Bras didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Cotorra Tricolor. After 29 minutes, Candido Flores mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Cotorra Tricolor and the Arequito FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to La Cotorra Tricolor getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Candido Flores hit a great ball. If Fulgencio Tibalt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Damian Galeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, La Cotorra Tricolor's Carolo Isusko got a free kick in the 41st minute. A collision led to La Cotorra Tricolor getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Carolo Isusko hit a great ball. Silvio Lertxun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Galeno in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Arequito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Isusko came free, but Fabricio Bras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damian Galeno made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Felix Ponce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Cotorra Tricolor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arequito FC the free kick. In the 61st minute Damian Galeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Lertxun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carolo Isusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabricio Bras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Isusko in the 68th minute of the match. Silvio Lertxun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damian Galeno's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, La Cotorra Tricolor's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Gauargi came free, but Silvio Lertxun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Leandro Dolcet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 minutes of play, Arequito FC's Damian Galeno made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvio Lertxun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Godfredo Gauargi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Silvio Lertxun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind La Cotorra Tricolor's goalkeeper Silvio Lertxun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Arequito FC's goalkeeper Fabricio Bras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fulgencio Tibalt. After a defensive mix-up in Arequito FC's zone, Fulgencio Tibalt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabricio Bras came out of the goal and Fulgencio Tibalt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arequito FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
