Domingos Boni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Bibiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. If Anselmo Bibiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Cuartio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Erubiel Liher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 minutes, Eusebio Bordat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tito FC and the alcaldia players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of alcaldia booed when Tito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Bordat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luisito Frechoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Rolando Cuartio managed to get in a good position for a shot. alcaldia's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Cuartio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erubiel Liher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luisito Frechoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After 43 minutes, Evaristo Regis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tito FC and the alcaldia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd minute, one of Tito FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tito FC. Rolando Cuartio fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 48th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Eusebio Bordat made the kick off in the second half. Erubiel Liher made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Rolando Cuartio sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Bibiano in the 54th minute of play forced alcaldia's goalkeeper Domingos Boni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luisito Frechoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Erubiel Liher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Cuartio in the 72nd minute of play. Anselmo Bibiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Boni having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, alcaldia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Javiar to maneuver through the defense. Eusebio Bordat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Anselmo Bibiano came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Tito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Bibiano couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the alcaldia players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
