The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ovidio Ponce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Loreto having to interfere. Diego Sugar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Dominix, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Marcial Dominix hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The supporters of Chusca booed when Lescano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Nuxila didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Chusca's Marcial Dominix in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ovidio Ponce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marcial Dominix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcial Dominix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Lescano AFC's Diego Sugar got control of the ball when Ambrosio Stanislao tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Chusca booed when Lescano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Cedro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcial Dominix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Diego Sugar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Placido Tiadoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lescano AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Tiadoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Loreto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the game, Ovidio Ponce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Denis Loreto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcial Dominix to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Stanislao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Diego Sugar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 57 minutes, Ovidio Ponce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lescano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidio Ponce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ambrosio Stanislao scored 3-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diego Sugar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ambrosio Stanislao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Sugar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Dominix in the 70th minute of the match. Chusca's Marcial Dominix got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Ambrosio Stanislao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diego Sugar. Lescano AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ambrosio Stanislao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Ovidio Ponce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Loreto having to interfere. Marcial Dominix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Sugar having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Lescano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Dominix came free, but Diego Sugar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lescano AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
