An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Omero in the 3rd minute of play forced San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Ramon Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the game, CA Tricolor's Mateo Miliano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramon Romero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Marciano Omero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramon Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Miliano in the 11th minute of play. Ramon Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Miliano, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. A collision led to San Lorenzo getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Sixto Naike hit a great ball. If Marciano Omero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute.
