The wind increased when Astor Rocio made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Petroquímica's Vicente Cordeara got a free kick in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Astor Rocio in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amador Frederico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Astor Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rigoberto Iliana thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Basilio Indar, a very annoying self made goal in the 79th minute which led to 2-2. The supporters of Petroquímica booed when Animaná AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angel Nesor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ildefonso Tauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute Astor Rocio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Frederico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Petroquímica's goalkeeper Amador Frederico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ildefonso Tauro. Animaná AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alejo Cutberto in the 95th minute.
