Flavio Monico hit a great ball. Pastor Leoiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Gaueko having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Ferman in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Quilo saved Buffalo FC from getting behind. Segundo Ferman might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Javier Quilo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Segundo Ferman ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Ferman in the 47th minute of play forced Buffalo FC's goalkeeper Javier Quilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segundo Ferman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
