Enzo Lertxun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Firman's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. If Ramon Firman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Alonso to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Lertxun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Xacintu in the 15th minute of the match. Ramon Firman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Cordeara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Augusto Xacintu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nueva Chicago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Xacintu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Hats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. David Cordeara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Arsenal FC's Manuel Beltran dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Augusto Xacintu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ramon Firman scored 2-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enzo Lertxun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's Lucas Hats sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Cordeara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Manuel Beltran came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Arsenal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Beltran couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augusto Xacintu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manuel Beltran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute Augusto Xacintu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Lertxun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesus Columbo kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Manuel Beltran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Augusto Xacintu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benedicto Paskal during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benedicto Paskal hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Augusto Xacintu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nueva Chicago's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Xacintu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Lertxun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Nueva Chicago getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Julio Urtzi hit a great ball. When Lucas Hats came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Arsenal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Hats couldn't finish the play. Lucas Hats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Lucas Hats managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Hats was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Cordeara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Manuel Beltran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Augusto Xacintu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nueva Chicago's David Cordeara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Beltran in the 95th minute of play. Arsenal FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nueva Chicago for a fine match.
