After a rather tough play, AC Olympic's Gonzalo Paskal got a free kick in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, AC Olympic's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Cordeara came free, but Hilario Manny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulises Macario charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulises Macario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in EstaciónMazán fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! In the 9th minute, AC Olympic got a penalty, and Gonzalo Paskal placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Hilario Manny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Faro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pablo Txordon fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Olympic's protests and gave Pablo Txordon a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Rene Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot. EstaciónMazán's supporters rose to their feet, but Rene Faro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario Manny breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, AC Olympic's Pablo Txordon got a free kick in the 21st minute. Maximino Salvino didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 24th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Severo Aballe's late challenge caught a EstaciónMazán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severo Aballe helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of EstaciónMazán booed when AC Olympic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Aballe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonides Buinton hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. A collision led to AC Olympic getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gonzalo Paskal hit a great ball. Teofilo Abilio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hilario Manny. AC Olympic's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Rene Faro came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the EstaciónMazán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Faro couldn't finish the play. After 36 played minutes AC Olympic got a freekick which was hit by Severo Aballe. Hilario Manny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Faro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, EstaciónMazán's Maximino Salvino got control of the ball when Serafin Boni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celso Cordeara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celso Cordeara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Maximino Salvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Aballe in the 52nd minute of the match. Rene Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Manny having to interfere. With a little luck, AC Olympic's Hilario Manny got control of the ball when Celso Cordeara tried to sneak it across the goal line. EstaciónMazán's Ulises Macario got his second yellow card of the match in the 61st minute. The referee ordered Ulises Macario off the ground. In the 62nd match minute, EstaciónMazán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulises Macario to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Anacleto Vitin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Salvino was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Anacleto Vitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severo Aballe hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Celso Cordeara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Hilario Manny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, AC Olympic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Ofelio to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Cordeara got free with Hilario Manny in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celso Cordeara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonides Buinton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hilario Manny having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Cordeara got free with Hilario Manny in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute, Abel Javiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Celso Cordeara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
