The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Javier Odol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo La Banda's supporters rose to their feet, but Javier Odol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelino Javiero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sportivo La Banda's Cosme Lluterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Gines in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, LucasDomina F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Odol came free, but Angelino Javiero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, LucasDomina F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Aurre to maneuver through the defense. Federico Gines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Lluterio having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Madeo got free with Angelino Javiero in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sportivo La Banda's Cosme Lluterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Haritz in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Federico Gines left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LucasDomina F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 36 minutes into the match, Sportivo La Banda's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Gines came free, but Cosme Lluterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sportivo La Banda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leo Nataniel was slow to take the kick. During this time LucasDomina F.C's players had a chance to rest. The corner led LucasDomina F.C's Leo Nataniel to fire away a dangerous shot which Cosme Lluterio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 45th minute, Agustin Gonsalvo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 61st minute Narciso Gomesano suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Angel Firmo fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportivo La Banda's protests and gave Angel Firmo a yellow card for diving instead. Amador Haritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Cosme Lluterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of LucasDomina F.C booed when Sportivo La Banda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Viator didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amador Haritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvestre Madeo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelino Javiero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Javier Odol went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 84th minute Silvestre Madeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Javiero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amador Haritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Cosme Lluterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidio Cidro, 89 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Silvestre Madeo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the game, Federico Gines was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LucasDomina F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sportivo La Banda the free kick. The supporters of Sportivo La Banda booed when LucasDomina F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Gines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvestre Madeo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Javiero having to interfere. Javier Odol struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Angelino Javiero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo La Banda.
