Severiano Rainerio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Cirilo Cordareo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 15th minute, Severiano Rainerio made a precise shot to the right of Cirilo Cordareo. Vladimiro Arnalt came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Alpasinche FC's Adolfo Ortle. When Arnaldo Jakobe fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alpasinche FC's protests and gave Arnaldo Jakobe a yellow card for diving instead. Severiano Rainerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Cordareo having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Everardo Oso was the one to do the kick off. Diego Frans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Alpasinche FC's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Rainerio came free, but Cirilo Cordareo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cirilo Cordareo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Virgilio Ubendu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Cirilo Cordareo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alpasinche FC's Cirilo Cordareo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Rainerio in the 89th minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Diego Frans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarnosos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Frans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Alpasinche FC's zone, Severiano Rainerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Cordareo came out of the goal and Severiano Rainerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Virgilio Ubendu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Cordareo having to interfere.
