Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Roman Urbez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Damaso Orlanda struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Eriberto Castulo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Navarro FC. If Damaso Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guillermo Roderigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Araoz in the 14th minute of the match. Pomancillo's Eriberto Castulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Orlanda in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abelardo Ciano got free with Guillermo Roderigo in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute, Roman Maureo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Laureano Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Roderigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Navarro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Araoz came free, but Guillermo Roderigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Navarro FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Vicente Rivas hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Abelardo Ciano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pomancillo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 39 played minutes Navarro FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Azibar. After recieving a nice pass, Pomancillo's Fabricio Orzaize tried to score from far away in the 40th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Ovidio Joseph fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Navarro FC's protests and gave Ovidio Joseph a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Navarro FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 43 minutes, Pomancillo's Fabricio Orzaize got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Guillermo Roderigo. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laureano Araoz to make the kick off. Guillermo Roderigo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laureano Araoz's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Ciano in the 60th minute of play forced Navarro FC's goalkeeper Guillermo Roderigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Laureano Araoz notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Navarro FC's Guillermo Roderigo. Guillermo Roderigo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Urbez in the 71st minute of play forced Pomancillo's goalkeeper Eriberto Castulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damaso Orlanda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabricio Orzaize's late challenge caught a Navarro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabricio Orzaize helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Navarro FC booed when Pomancillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Orzaize didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81 played minutes Pomancillo got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Javiero. In the 84th minute Laureano Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Roderigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Laureano Araoz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Guillermo Roderigo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guillermo Roderigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Araoz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pomancillo's Abelardo Ciano got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pomancillo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
