Suipacha
Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) Suipacha's Arturo Aztore started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Gualterio Ortzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Castellanos's Gualterio Ortzi got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aurelio Pere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Cordeal in the 10th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Baldomiro Bieito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Suipacha's Arturo Aztore got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Suipacha defense, Santos Lazcano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Pere. The Suipacha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Pere should have stopped the shot. Suipacha's Aurelio Pere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Lazcano in the 23rd minute of play. Santos Lazcano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Pere came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Castellanos's Gualterio Ortzi. But to his dismay, Gualterio Ortzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Suipacha's zone, Gualterio Ortzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Pere came out of the goal and Gualterio Ortzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Santos Lazcano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castellanos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santos Lazcano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aurelio Pere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Lazcano in the 36th minute of the match. When Castellanos's Santos Lazcano in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Suipacha's goalie prevented a goal. Gualterio Ortzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Pere having to interfere. Aurelio Pere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Ortzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Santos Lazcano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Gualterio Ortzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Aurelio Pere made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomiro Bieito got free with Aurelio Pere in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Cidro charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Cidro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gualterio Ortzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Aurelio Pere made a huge save. Gualterio Ortzi came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aurelio Pere could save by the left post. Gualterio Ortzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Aztore struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Faustino Bernad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suipacha. In the 81st minute of the match, Gualterio Ortzi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aurelio Pere was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 83 minutes into the game, Saverio Cordeal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aurelio Pere. Saverio Cordeal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Suipacha's Aurelio Pere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Lazcano in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute Saverio Cordeal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Pere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Castellanos booed when Suipacha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Aztore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saverio Cordeal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Castellanos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Suipacha.
