Inocencio Cidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Froylan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Baltasar Eneas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Ariando struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Honorato Lope didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Labordeboy FC. Honorato Lope came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Labordeboy FC's Ciro Ariando. But to his dismay, Ciro Ariando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Ariando in the 33rd minute of play forced Laguna's goalkeeper Honorato Lope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorato Lope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Ariando, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Ciro Ariando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Lope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led to Labordeboy FC's Leon Ler getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Baltasar Eneas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

With his leg Honorato Lope managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Labordeboy FC's Ciro Ariando fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 82 minutes Labordeboy FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aldo Cordeiro who took care of the corner kick. Hipolito Gartzen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Laguna's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Eneas came free, but Honorato Lope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Cidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Columbo in the 97th minute of play. Labordeboy FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
