When Bernardino Eyague came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Belgrano fans jumped to their feet. After 37 played minutes Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Dario Gonsalvo. Filiberto Incendio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anacleto Jordy was the one to do the kick off. Belgrano's Anacleto Jordy got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardino Eyague received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Filiberto Incendio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardino Eyague sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emilio Tercero was a little too slow when Amancio Urtats got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 1-1. Amancio Urtats was extremely unlucky when he, in the 75th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dario Gonsalvo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Belgrano's zone, Amancio Urtats stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Tercero came out of the goal and Amancio Urtats tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the match, Bouwer AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Eyague came free, but Filiberto Incendio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Hernan Ciano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amancio Urtats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Tercero having to interfere. Bernardino Eyague sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Belgrano getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Augusto Cuarto hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Bouwer AFC's Placido Lorien tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
