Spectators: 5783 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 110) After 5 played minutes, Castelli's Teo Frisco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luciano Guilabertus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Castelli reached it. Clemente Monico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Guilabertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Francesco in the 12th minute of play. Guido Carlomagno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, one of Castelli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Castelli. The goalkeeper, Everardo Mundo, was totally fooled by CMJ's Jonas Silvanito, who 20 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Monico got free with Everardo Mundo in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Guido Carlomagno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano Guilabertus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Benedicto Francesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the game, Serafino Dacio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CMJ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castelli the free kick. Epifanio Vermudo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Benedicto Francesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Guilabertus having to interfere. After 46 minutes, Jonas Silvanito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CMJ and the Castelli players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CMJ! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guido Carlomagno made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Castelli's zone, Bruno Uhin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Mundo came out of the goal and Bruno Uhin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luciano Guilabertus made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Benedicto Francesco sent off a good shot on target. 59 minutes into the match, CMJ's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Carlomagno came free, but Luciano Guilabertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes Guido Carlomagno rounded CMJ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. After 64 played minutes Castelli got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Gotzon. If Bruno Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedicto Francesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Guilabertus having to interfere. If Benedicto Francesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Guido Carlomagno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind CMJ's goalkeeper Luciano Guilabertus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benedicto Francesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Guilabertus having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Carlomagno in the 95th minute of play forced CMJ's goalkeeper Luciano Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute of the match, Benedicto Francesco got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luciano Guilabertus was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
