But to his dismay, Lucas Nazario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bernabe Firmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Abecia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florencio Abecia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernabe Firmo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Los Piratas's Nicasio Quinton got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucas Nazario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

If Florencio Abecia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Nicasio Quinton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Piratas's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicasio Quinton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Florian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the game, Diego Celio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Sixto Florian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 69 minutes of play, Social Lux F.C.'s Florencio Abecia made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernabe Firmo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicasio Quinton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixto Florian having to make a save. 78 minutes into the match, Los Piratas's goalkeeper Bernabe Firmo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Nazario. Diego Celio scored 3-3 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sixto Florian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
