But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomiro Indar couldn't finish the play. Federico Deunoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Beltran in the 13th minute of the match. Baltasar Veto scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christian Ranolfo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Paladar Negro:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Copetonas AFC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 19 minutes, Copetonas AFC's Esteban Francho got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Christian Ranolfo. In the 22nd minute Conrado Nerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Ranolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Beltran succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. After 26 played minutes Copetonas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Mouricio. In the 27th minute, Baldomiro Indar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Federico Deunoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Orzaize in the 30th minute of the match. Julio Beltran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Deunoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Paladar Negro's Baldomiro Indar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Deunoro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Samuel Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Federico Deunoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Claudio Orzaize had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 45 minutes, Samuel Rico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paladar Negro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Rico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Julio Beltran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paladar Negro's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Beltran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Deunoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Conrado Nerio to strike the kick off in the second half. Federico Deunoro made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Baldomiro Indar sent off a good shot on target. If Julio Beltran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Beltran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 played minutes Copetonas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Urbez. Copetonas AFC's Federico Deunoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Indar in the 61st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Paladar Negro's zone, Marcial Joachim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Ranolfo came out of the goal and Marcial Joachim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnulfo Urbez during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Copetonas AFC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Arnulfo Urbez hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Copetonas AFC's Arnulfo Urbez got a free kick in the 70th minute. Claudio Orzaize fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Deunoro having to interfere. Arnulfo Urbez kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Samuel Rico scored 2-4 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federico Deunoro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Claudio Orzaize received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Federico Deunoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Deunoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Samuel Rico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
