The tension between the Piamonte AFC and the Mixto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Piamonte AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mixto FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Marcial Luzea, was totally fooled by Mixto FC's Leopoldo Roldan, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Marcial Luzea made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Marciano Pepillo sent off a good shot on target. Nicolas Asier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicolas Asier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ignacio Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Elpidio Todor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the game, Ivan Heli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piamonte AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mixto FC the free kick. A collision led to Piamonte AFC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ivan Heli hit a great ball. In the 41st minute Elpidio Todor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Luzea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Asier in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicolas Asier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mixto FC's Ignacio Marino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Heli in the 53rd minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Piamonte AFC's Nicolas Asier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ignacio Marino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Mixto FC's Ignacio Marino got control of the ball when Ivan Heli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicolas Asier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Marino having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Marciano Pepillo put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marcial Luzea. A hard shot by Sixto Blasi from long distance, 74 minutes into the match, got Ignacio Marino's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to Piamonte AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Saturnino Montae hit a great ball. Nicolas Asier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mixto FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
