Angelino Diegotxe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 8th playminute. Niceto Berriotxoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Mancio having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Zapla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Ofelio to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, Niceto Berriotxoa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Hector Mancio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Angelino Diegotxe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cortaderas AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Hector Mancio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enzo Tello's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Freddy Maiorga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zapla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Maiorga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hector Mancio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Berriotxoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Cortaderas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Berriotxoa came free, but Hector Mancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddy Maiorga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 46 minutes, Niceto Berriotxoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zapla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niceto Berriotxoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niceto Berriotxoa to make the kick off. With a little luck, Cortaderas AFC's Hector Mancio got control of the ball when Freddy Maiorga tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Freddy Maiorga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Mancio. Cortaderas AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Maiorga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Berriotxoa in the 60th minute of play forced Cortaderas AFC's goalkeeper Hector Mancio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Desiderio Bernabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Diegotxe in the 62nd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Zapla's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Diegotxe came free, but Desiderio Bernabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niceto Berriotxoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niceto Berriotxoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hector Mancio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Berriotxoa in the 74th minute of the match. Freddy Maiorga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Mancio having to interfere. Freddy Maiorga's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hector Mancio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Freddy Maiorga in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hector Mancio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 87 minutes, Niceto Berriotxoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zapla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niceto Berriotxoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Freddy Maiorga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Hector Mancio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 91st minute Niceto Berriotxoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Mancio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cortaderas AFC's goalkeeper Hector Mancio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cortaderas AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Zapla had controlled the match.
