In the 18th minute of the match Fulgencio Matia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abel Txaran skillfully saved the ball. Aurelio Koldobika showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Raulo in the 21st minute of the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Dante Raulo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rinconadillas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Raulo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Rinconadillas FC's goalkeeper Abel Txaran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ubaldo Tiadoro. Ubaldo Tiadoro struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Abel Txaran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cospelito FC. Ubaldo Tiadoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Tiadoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Txaran having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Benito Gasteiz made a precise shot to the right of Aurelio Koldobika. Cospelito FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Rinconadillas FC's Dante Raulo got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dante Raulo to make the kick off. Aurelio Koldobika showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Raulo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 57 minutes into the match, Rinconadillas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Tiadoro came free, but Abel Txaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Foro hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Ubaldo Tiadoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelo Sergi struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Abel Txaran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cospelito FC. 65 minutes into the match, Cospelito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Raulo came free, but Aurelio Koldobika reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Gasteiz stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Cospelito FC's defenders and the ball went out. Rinconadillas FC appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. In the 72nd minute, Dante Raulo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Rinconadillas FC's Aurelio Koldobika threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dante Raulo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the Cospelito FC defense, Benito Gasteiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Koldobika. The Cospelito FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Koldobika should have stopped the shot. Abel Txaran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Sergi went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the match, Rinconadillas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Sergi came free, but Abel Txaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Cospelito FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rinconadillas FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Rinconadillas FC.
