The tension between the Liverpool F.C and the Paz players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Liverpool F.C getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Lisandro Lluques hit a great ball. Ivan Distiratsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Abelardo Montrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Ivan Distiratsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Distiratsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Nuñez in the 27th minute of play forced Paz's goalkeeper Ciriaco Gines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Paz's Ivan Distiratsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Montrell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nunez Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Gines having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Vito got free with Ciriaco Gines in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alvaro Nuñez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciriaco Gines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Nuñez in the 43rd minute of the match.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Paz players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Liverpool F.C.
