Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cuñapirú's Nicolas Iztal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Capioviciño FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Chano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Marcial Torres sped through Cuñapirú's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Augusto Jenaro. Marcial Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Jenaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Everardo Normando in the 22nd minute. Lázaro Chano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Sanduru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Though ot was a great shot Cuñapirú's keeper Augusto Jenaro was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Nicolas Iztal scored 2-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lázaro Chano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Normando got free with Augusto Jenaro in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcial Torres made a kick off. If Marcial Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Cuñapirú getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Teo Efraim hit a great ball. Everardo Normando scored 3-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Jenaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 60 minutes, David Birjaio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capioviciño FC and the Cuñapirú players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Capioviciño FC's David Birjaio got a free kick in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Cuñapirú's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Normando came free, but Augusto Jenaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Jenaro didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Capioviciño FC's Marcial Torres shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When Marcial Torres came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Capioviciño FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcial Torres couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cuñapirú's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Orlando Herrera was slow to take the kick. During this time Capioviciño FC's players had a chance to rest. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Capioviciño FC fully deserved thier win.
