In the 12th match minute, La Mafia F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Conrao to maneuver through the defense. Laureano Otsando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Urtzi having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Marcos Fe put in a rough tackle. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Føroyar Juniors! 1-0 came through a penalty shot after 24 played minutes, when La Mafia F.C.:s Zacarias Pepillo calmly waited for Føroyar Juniors:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Luisito Haitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Iratze having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Haitz in the 35th minute of play forced Føroyar Juniors's goalkeeper Omar Iratze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusebio Bizi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Luisito Haitz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Omar Iratze. Luisito Haitz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Eusebio Bizi took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Iratze. Omar Iratze dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Filipo made a kick off. Omar Iratze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Haitz in the 53rd minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Føroyar Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Haitz came free, but Omar Iratze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Filipo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saul Urtzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Filipo in the 60th minute. Eusebio Bizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Luisito Haitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Mafia F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Luisito Haitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Iratze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Føroyar Juniors's Epifanio Caradaro got a free kick in the 81st minute. Luisito Haitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Føroyar Juniors's Omar Iratze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Haitz in the 84th minute of play. Pedro Filipo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Urtzi having to interfere. If Pedro Filipo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Mafia F.C.'s Saul Urtzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save La Mafia F.C. from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. La Mafia F.C. had won after a very even match.
