Cieneguita's Robustiano Todor got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basilio Mergildo in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Hori saved Cholila from getting behind. If Carolo Kepa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo Inautzi to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cholila! In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for Cieneguita. Hipolito Ubelteso stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Julian Hori. 1-2. A collision led to Cholila getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Robustiano Guillem hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cholila's zone, Basilio Mergildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Hori came out of the goal and Basilio Mergildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teo Inautzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robustiano Todor got free with Julian Hori in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robustiano Guillem hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Teo Inautzis short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Julian Hori to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 74 played minutes Cieneguita got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Federigo. After 76 played minutes Cieneguita got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Gutxi. In the 78th minute of the match Froilan Bertol sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Severino Hondo skillfully saved the ball. Cholila:s Julian Hori showed great skill when he stopped Hipolito Ubelteso:s penalty. After 84 played minutes Cieneguita got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Mergildo. In the 88thth minute of the game Basilio Mergildo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cholila's Julian Hori was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Hipolito Ubelteso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cieneguita's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Ubelteso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
