In the 9th minute, Fabio Marz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute Arnoldo Fraco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Primeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Goizeder in the 24th minute of play forced Roger Federer FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Maurin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Roger Federer FC booed when Ringuelet AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Pitin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Roger Federer FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bartolo Xacintu hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ringuelet AFC's Silvestre Inko tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Marcelo Goizeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Maurin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ariel Procopio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Maurin having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Ariel Procopio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaudencio Maurin. Roger Federer FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ariel Procopio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnoldo Fraco made a kick off. Gaudencio Maurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Procopio in the 56th minute of the match. Bartolo Xacintu hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 65 played minutes Ringuelet AFC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Aznaro. Fabio Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Primeiro having to interfere. Arnoldo Fraco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Primeiro having to interfere. In the 79thth minute of the game Arnoldo Fraco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ringuelet AFC's Amado Primeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fabio Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Primeiro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Fraco in the 86th minute of play forced Ringuelet AFC's goalkeeper Amado Primeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ringuelet AFC's Amado Primeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Marz in the 91st minute of play. Arnoldo Fraco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Amado Primeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabio Marz in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amado Primeiro saved Ringuelet AFC from getting behind. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ringuelet AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
