Moises Ereinotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gavino Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Regis having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Damian Uxio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Benítez FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rodrolina FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Benítez FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rodrolina FC:s goal. In the 29th minute, Gavino Ramirez fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Diego Regis, passed just outside the right post. Moises Ereinotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Lorien having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moises Ereinotz made a kick off. Marco Urritz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Hernan Lorien made a huge save. Marcial Rolado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Rodrolina FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Nicanor Domenec hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Marco Urritz could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Hernan Lorien however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Benítez FC's zone, Marcial Rolado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Regis came out of the goal and Marcial Rolado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moises Ereinotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Lorien made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Marco Urritz sent off a good shot on target. Benítez FC's Marco Urritz got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrolina FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
