In the 28th match minute, Laminador FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Camerino to maneuver through the defense. Hilario Hulberto came free in the 30th minute and tried to tip the ball over Inocencio Calvet, but to the joy of Laminador FC's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. After 30 played minutes Hilario Hulberto shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Laminador FC's Inocencio Calvet to catch but Hilario Hulberto was lucky. It became 1-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Arturo Rosario took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge Leizarraga. LaGordoneta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Laminador FC's Inocencio Calvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Hulberto in the 53rd minute of play. Hilario Hulberto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Inocencio Calvet skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. LaGordoneta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bonifacio Osmundo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. 74 minutes into the match, Natalio Koldo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Inocencio Calvet, 2-4. Natalio Koldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
