Carrodilla FC's Jose Urtun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Lizer in the 8th minute of play. When Guillermo Faro fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carrodilla FC's protests and gave Guillermo Faro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Carrodilla FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Guillermo Faro hit a great ball. Guillermo Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tomás Oso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonel Sendoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Havier in the 25th minute of the match. The supporters of Deportivo Racing club booed when Carrodilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Faro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo Racing club's Tiburcio Chico couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Carrodilla FC. Jose Iyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Havier to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnaldo Chucho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jose Urtun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Arnaldo Chucho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jose Urtun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Julian Lizer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jose Urtun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 61stth minute of the game Rodrigo Havier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Racing club's Leonel Sendoa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Oso in the 64th minute of play forced Deportivo Racing club's goalkeeper Leonel Sendoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Jose Iyan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Racing club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carrodilla FC the free kick. Jose Urtun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Chucho, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Jose Urtun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Chucho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo Racing club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Carrodilla FC.
