Bartolo Bordat hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 4 minutes into the match, Apuyaco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Alonso came free, but Evaristo Ostargi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Roman Tab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Angelino Bernebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abelardo Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the game, Esteban Bernaldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Miguel Vasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Esteban Bernaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Esteban Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apuyaco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteban Bernaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Vasco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonas Barros struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Miguel Vasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apuyaco FC. In the 33rd minute, Jonas Barros had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for JAMAICA NP! The referee gave Apuyaco FC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Niceto Mantzio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of JAMAICA NP's Miguel Vasco. 0-2. Apuyaco FC's Esteban Bernaldo got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Esteban Bernaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Apuyaco FC's Esteban Bernaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miguel Vasco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

A collision led to Apuyaco FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Niceto Mantzio hit a great ball. Evaristo Ostargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Alonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Apuyaco FC's zone, Abelardo Alonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Ostargi came out of the goal and Abelardo Alonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Apuyaco FC's goalkeeper Evaristo Ostargi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roman Tab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Ostargi having to interfere. In the 79th minute Roman Tab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evaristo Ostargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Tab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Esteban Bernaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Tab in the 92nd minute of the match. Rolando Santiago hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Rolando Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apuyaco FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
