Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) Guido Liher started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Ciriaco Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Guido Liher dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucas Austin, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Salsedo's Rene Jerrald got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 14th match minute, Salsedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guido Liher to maneuver through the defense. Atilano Iraido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Bartolome, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Atilano Iraido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Rafel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rene Jerrald hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Luciano Bartolome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Iraido having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Salsedo's zone, Luciano Bartolome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilano Iraido came out of the goal and Luciano Bartolome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute of the match Romeo Ursino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atilano Iraido showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Rene Jerrald fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salsedo's protests and gave Rene Jerrald a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, Salsedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Jerrald to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Austin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Liher in the 31st minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Salsedo's Americo Bernard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Austin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Rafel in the 41st minute of play forced Salsedo's goalkeeper Atilano Iraido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Bartolome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Iraido having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Benedicto Fanuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Americo Bernard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Luciano Bartolome made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Joaquin Team's Flavio Pagomari got a free kick in the 51st minute. Americo Bernard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Luciano Bartolome ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atilano Iraido was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Ciriaco Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Angelino Tavio fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salsedo's protests and gave Angelino Tavio a yellow card for diving instead. Guido Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Bartolome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Iraido having to interfere. When Rene Jerrald came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Salsedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Jerrald couldn't finish the play. If Americo Bernard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Jerrald in the 86th minute of play forced Joaquin Team's goalkeeper Lucas Austin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Team's Lucas Austin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Liher in the 87th minute of play. If Rene Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Americo Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Lucas Austin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Luciano Bartolome took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Atilano Iraido to make any attempt to save it. Joaquin Team were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Salsedo's much stronger midfield.
