Apolo Medina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Foro in the 6th minute of the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodolfo Furtado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 34 minutes, Emiliano Lekubegi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Camilleros FC and the Caminiaga players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Camilleros FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Caminiaga:s goal. In the 39th minute, Dalmacio Ondino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Camilleros FC booed when Caminiaga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Pinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ceferino Rameriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
