The coaching staff of Salsedo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Baldomiro Farias had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Salsedo's Baldomiro Farias got a free kick in the 14th minute. Trapiche's Jose Gaueko couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Salsedo. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Higinio Quinto couldn't finish the play. Mauricio Gomesano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Iraido having to interfere.
