Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tadeo Pelayo started the match with the kick off. Fabio Leocadio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Desiderio Etxeberri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dionisia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Desiderio Etxeberri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Gombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the game, Fabio Leocadio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Honorato Gombal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodrigo Endura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Baraquiel having to interfere. Desiderio Etxeberri scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honorato Gombal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Dionisia FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Vinicio Veremundo hit a great ball. Eustacio Baraquiel made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Rodrigo Endura sent off a good shot on target. Desiderio Etxeberri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Honorato Gombal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Dionisia FC got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Paio. Porteña FC's Marcial Gorbea got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Dionisia FC's Bernardo Misael got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Dionisia FC's Eustacio Baraquiel got control of the ball when Rodrigo Endura tried to sneak it across the goal line. Honorato Gombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Etxeberri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Desiderio Etxeberri was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Gonzalo Cordairo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Porteña FC and the Dionisia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Porteña FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Gonzalo Cordairo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Porteña FC's Diego Chano got a free kick in the 55th minute. Fabio Leocadio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Honorato Gombal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Desiderio Etxeberri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Gombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Etxeberri in the 67th minute of the match. Fabio Leocadio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Endura in the 72nd minute of play forced Dionisia FC's goalkeeper Eustacio Baraquiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Misael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionisia FC's Desiderio Etxeberri got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 79 minutes of play, Porteña FC's Tadeo Pelayo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eustacio Baraquiel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Porteña FC's Rodrigo Endura got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute Rodrigo Endura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustacio Baraquiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Tadeo Pelayo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabio Leocadio struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Honorato Gombal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dionisia FC. Tadeo Pelayo took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustacio Baraquiel. Eustacio Baraquiel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
