After a rather tough play, Atalaya AFC's Everardo Fe got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Ciriaco Rafel came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Joaquin Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciriaco Rafel couldn't finish the play. 11 minutes into the game, Andres Galindo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atalaya AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Joaquin Team the free kick. Andres Galindo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Everardo Fe hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute Ciriaco Rafel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Lucas Austin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Joaquin Team's zone, Aaron Montrell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Austin came out of the goal and Aaron Montrell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Austin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Montrell's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Atalaya AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Bartolome came free, but Fabricio Ibar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Aaron Montrell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ciriaco Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Atalaya AFC's zone, Ciriaco Rafel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabricio Ibar came out of the goal and Ciriaco Rafel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabricio Ibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciriaco Rafel, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Atilano Eli fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atalaya AFC's protests and gave Atilano Eli a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Joaquin Team getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Nemesio Jorrin hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Montrell got free with Lucas Austin in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aaron Montrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Austin having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Aaron Montrell made the kick off in the second half. Everardo Fe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ciriaco Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aaron Montrell might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Austin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aaron Montrell ran back to his position shaking his head. Atalaya AFC's Fabricio Ibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Rafel in the 70th minute of play. Ciriaco Rafel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Fabricio Ibar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Joaquin Team booed when Atalaya AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Pero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabricio Ibar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 78th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Raimundo Gartxot. After 79 played minutes Atalaya AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Nabar. Raimundo Gartxot didn't quite understand what happened when in the 81 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Atalaya AFC's Fabricio Ibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Bartolome in the 82nd minute of play. If Ciriaco Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Atalaya AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Bartolome came free, but Fabricio Ibar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Luciano Bartolome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
