In the 4th match minute, Camilleros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Lordi to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serafino Cordara in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apolo Medina saved Camilleros FC from getting behind. In the 8th minute, Aldo Sidoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, atlas's Aldo Sidoro got a free kick in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in atlas's zone, Ivan Rosario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Banegas came out of the goal and Ivan Rosario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. atlas's Adrian Banegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Rameriz in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute Ivan Rosario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Banegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Banegas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Rosario's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Ceferino Rameriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Banegas having to interfere. Camilleros FC's Ivan Rosario got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serafino Cordara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adrian Banegas made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Ivan Rosario sent off a good shot on target. Serafino Cordara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Gualterio Lordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Banegas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Rosario in the 72nd minute. Constantino Bermudo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rdth minute of the game Ceferino Rameriz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but atlas's Adrian Banegas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Aldo Sidoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. atlas's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Sidoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Medina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Serafino Cordara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apolo Medina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Cordara, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Ivan Rosario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Adrian Banegas made a huge save. After some careless play in the Camilleros FC defense, Serafino Cordara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Apolo Medina. The Camilleros FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Apolo Medina should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Camilleros FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for atlas.
