In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind atlas's goalkeeper Adrian Banegas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serafino Cordara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Melchor Millan having to make a save. Carmelo Roano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Adrian Banegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amancio Quilo struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Adrian Banegas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alter Ego. Adrian Banegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Roano in the 40th minute of the match. Constantino Bermudo got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to atlas getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Constantino Bermudo hit a great ball. Carmelo Roano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carmelo Roano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Adrian Banegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The atlas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carmelo Roano was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, one of atlas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for atlas. The goalkeeper, Adrian Banegas, was totally fooled by Alter Ego's Sebastian Evarado, who 61 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Damaso Nel kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Amancio Quilo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for atlas! Adrian Banegas went to the wrong direction when Sebastian Evarado was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Alter Ego's Carmelo Roano got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amancio Quilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to atlas getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Serafino Cordara hit a great ball. Carmelo Roano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 97 minutes into the match, atlas's goalkeeper Adrian Banegas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amancio Quilo. Alter Ego's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
