Robustiano Bermudez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Flores, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Robustiano Bermudez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Balesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Silvio Flores quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 26th minute, Javier Paio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Sabremos Cumplir's Domingo Weterio got a free kick in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Silvio Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferré's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Flores was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Bermudez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Marcelino Balesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ferré's Ildefonso Cordarell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Felo in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Marcelino Balesio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44thth minute of the game Marcelino Balesio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sabremos Cumplir's Robustiano Bermudez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Silvio Flores's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robustiano Bermudez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvio Flores to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Javier Paio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sabremos Cumplir and the Ferré players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Sabremos Cumplir:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ferré:s goal. Silvio Flores shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Silvio Flores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Robustiano Bermudez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelino Balesio struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Robustiano Bermudez had great luck who in the 68thth minute grab hold of the ball when Silvio Flores from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Silvio Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferré's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Flores was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Bermudez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amadeo Cheche kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Ferré was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Cheche to maneuver through the defense. Robustiano Bermudez made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Marcelino Balesio sent off a good shot on target. Silvio Flores fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Bermudez having to interfere. Marcelino Balesio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Robustiano Bermudez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 87th minute, Sabremos Cumplir's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Silvio Flores fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Marcelino Balesio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ferré booed when Sabremos Cumplir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Felo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferré's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
