But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Ranolfo couldn't finish the play. Everardo Eder was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aquilino Ranolfo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. Marcos Nevada kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Blakanacri's Albano Tomi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 27th minute of play. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Belgrano Fc. Zeledon Matro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fermin Ellande. 3-1. Aquilino Ranolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everardo Eder was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Aquilino Ranolfo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aquilino Ranolfo really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

Blakanacri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Enaut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Nevada's late challenge caught a Blakanacri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Nevada helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, Belgrano Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Nevada to maneuver through the defense. After 98 minutes, Fermin Quirze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blakanacri and the Belgrano Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card.
