Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Roberto Munio made the kick off which started today's match. Clodoveo Etxekopar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Ekain in the 5th minute of the match. Silverio Isusko kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10thth minute of the game Nereo Argina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crotto's Hugo Elazar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Oliva booed when Crotto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Txindoki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Nereo Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oliva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nereo Argina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 17 played minutes Crotto got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Munio. Marciano Aurken scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Elazar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Crotto's Hugo Elazar got control of the ball when Marciano Aurken tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Argina in the 26th minute of play forced Crotto's goalkeeper Hugo Elazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Nereo Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oliva's supporters rose to their feet, but Nereo Argina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Elazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Crotto's zone, Marciano Aurken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Elazar came out of the goal and Marciano Aurken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oliva's Clodoveo Etxekopar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Mikeldi in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Nemesio Mikeldi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Crotto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Nereo Argina came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Oliva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Argina couldn't finish the play. Freddy Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Hugo Elazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute Nereo Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Elazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Nereo Argina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Aurken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hugo Elazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marciano Aurken to strike the kick off in the second half. Erasmo Lastur made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Oliva's Freddy Batista. Freddy Batista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marciano Aurken struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Hugo Elazar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oliva. 62 minutes into the match, Oliva's goalkeeper Clodoveo Etxekopar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Ekain. In the 63rd play minute Nemesio Mikeldi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Clodoveo Etxekopar. 1-2. 66 minutes into the match, Nereo Argina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugo Elazar. Crotto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nereo Argina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Clodoveo Etxekopar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Munio in the 73rd minute of play. If Nereo Argina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Elazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Argina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliva's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Roberto Munio scored to the left of an out of position Clodoveo Etxekopar, making the score, 2-3. Clodoveo Etxekopar made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Anselmo Ekain sent off a good shot on target. Oliva were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
