The Club Ferro Carril Oeste fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Mariano Ireno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Adan Mino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Mario Frechoso came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Sampacho AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Frechoso couldn't finish the play. Sampacho AFC's Adan Mino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Ireno in the 44th minute of play. The Sampacho AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Ferro Carril Oeste were winning 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santo Precioso to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Marciano Soter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Godofredo Goyo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Santo Precioso put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Godofredo Goyo. Omar Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Mariano Ireno succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Ferro Carril Oeste had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
