An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Eguntsenti in the 6th minute of play forced Comunidad de Pituseros's goalkeeper Edelmiro Su to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Comunidad de Pituseros's Edelmiro Su got control of the ball when Eleuterio Eliazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Donato Sarracino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edelmiro Su. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 16th minute Donato Sarracino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Su saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Eliazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Club Thunders's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Sarracino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eleuterio Eliazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Sarracino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Edelmiro Su tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donato Sarracino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donato Sarracino to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Donato Sarracino made a precise shot to the right of Edelmiro Su. Comunidad de Pituseros's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Donato Sarracino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Club Thunders's Eleuterio Eliazar got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Club Thunders booed when Comunidad de Pituseros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleuterio Cordareo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Comunidad de Pituseros's Cornelio Itzaina got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Club Thunders were the better team. Club Thunders's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
