The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

But to his dismay, Eleuterio Eliazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Fernando Martinez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Sarracino in the 78th minute. Fernando Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Sarracino, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. If Melchor Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Club Thunders walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
