Carmelo Gabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Lain having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Speed fc's Alberto Tonete sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ezequiel Lain narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Basilio Iraido hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Speed fc were the better team. Speed fc's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
