Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ivan Hustaz started the match with the kick off. Fortuna's Candido Osasun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Dodorol in the 6th minute of play. Melquiades Cordarrol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Virgilio Ireno in the 7th minute. Melquiades Cordarrol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Hustaz in the 9th minute of the match. The supporters of joaco AFC booed when Fortuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Leheren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Dodorol was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Candido Osasun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gervasio Dodorol's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Ruperto Gonzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of joaco AFC booed when Fortuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Medero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Balasi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Candido Osasun having to make a save. Gervasio Dodorol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Osasun having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Gervasio Dodorol managed to get in a good position for a shot. joaco AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gervasio Dodorol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Candido Osasun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgilio Ireno's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Melquiades Cordarrol firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ruperto Gonzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Candido Osasun came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by joaco AFC's Gervasio Dodorol. But to his dismay, Gervasio Dodorol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Gervasio Dodorol fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored joaco AFC's protests and gave Gervasio Dodorol a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Fortuna got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Leheren. Melquiades Balasi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half joaco AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gervasio Dodorol to make the kick off. Melquiades Cordarrol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Ireno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute Ivan Hustaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Cordarrol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Fortuna's Candido Osasun got control of the ball when Nunez Reno tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Gervasio Dodorol managed to get in a good position for a shot. joaco AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gervasio Dodorol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Candido Osasun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Melquiades Cordarrol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Medero in the 59th minute of play. Candido Osasun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gervasio Dodorol went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Melquiades Balasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Candido Osasun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Fortuna's zone, Ruperto Gonzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Candido Osasun came out of the goal and Ruperto Gonzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Gervasio Dodorol sped through Fortuna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Candido Osasun. Candido Osasun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Gonzo in the 75th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Melquiades Balasi managed to get in a good position for a shot. joaco AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Balasi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Candido Osasun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gervasio Dodorol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 83 in the game by Gervasio Dodorol from a close distance when the talented Candido Osasun managed to make a qualified save. Fortuna's players were relieved. If Carolo Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Dodorol had several of the Fortuna's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 88 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Candido Osasun as he didn't even see the shot coming. Melquiades Cordarrol came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fortuna's Ivan Hustaz. But to his dismay, Ivan Hustaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Ruperto Gonzo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Candido Osasun having to make a save. joaco AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
