Zeledon Urbez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Cordarrol having to interfere. After a rather tough play, F.C. Neptuno's Haroldo Ibon got a free kick in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the game, F.C. Neptuno's Dionisio Sustrai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Cordarrol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Haroldo Ibon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Melquiades Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, F.C. Neptuno's Rolando Karmel got control of the ball when Ruperto Gonzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andres Tono kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. F.C. Neptuno's Rolando Karmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Flores in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Haroldo Ibon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alejo Aragones's late challenge caught a F.C. Neptuno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejo Aragones helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, joaco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Aragones to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, F.C. Neptuno's Rolando Karmel got control of the ball when Gervasio Dodorol tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Gervasio Dodorol took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Rolando Karmel to make any attempt to save it. Gervasio Dodorol struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Rolando Karmel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for joaco AFC.

After 56 minutes of play joaco AFC's Alejo Aragones was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Alejo Aragones kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Teo Urbasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Gonzo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Karmel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Bordat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C. Neptuno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave joaco AFC the free kick. Jeronimo Bordat hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute Zeledon Urbez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Cordarrol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Melquiades Balasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeledon Urbez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Melquiades Cordarrol made a huge save. 74 minutes into the game, Ruperto Gonzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Rolando Karmel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ruperto Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rolando Karmel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 minutes of play, joaco AFC's Carolo Flores made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Karmel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 85th match minute, joaco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Fraco to maneuver through the defense. Ruperto Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, F.C. Neptuno's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Flores came free, but Rolando Karmel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
