After the first half Patagones were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amado Precioso to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, CsyD Camba Cua's Inocencio Theobald got a free kick in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amado Precioso in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aleksandr Matveev saved CsyD Camba Cua from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Gabriel Beltran managed to get in a good position for a shot. CsyD Camba Cua's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Beltran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filomeno Elixio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gabriel Beltran took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filomeno Elixio. Filomeno Elixio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The referee ignored CsyD Camba Cua's protests and gave Natalio Gervaso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Inocencio Theobald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CsyD Camba Cua fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. CsyD Camba Cua's Gabriel Beltran got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amador Fernanco kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Filomeno Elixio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Poncio, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. CsyD Camba Cua were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Patagones's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amador Fernanco took the corner. Arturo Poncio was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Patagones's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
