German Ermengol came out of the goal and Silvio Ederono tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benigno Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Ermengol having to interfere. When Benigno Abilio came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Club Atletico Wamyc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benigno Abilio couldn't finish the play. Igor Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. German Ermengol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Chano in the 23rd minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Wamyc's Benigno Abilio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. German Ermengol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 43 played minutes Abbott AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Lluc. When Benigno Abilio came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Club Atletico Wamyc fans jumped to their feet. Abbott AFC's German Ermengol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Abbott AFC from getting a goal against them.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benigno Abilio was the one to do the kick off. German Ermengol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Favila in the 83rd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atletico Wamyc fully deserved thier win.
