Spectators: 6903 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 8) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gustavo Abel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Guaberto Jago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arsenio Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Nahueve AFC's Leopoldo Arnas got control of the ball when Ermegildo Osmundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 14 minutes, Joel Lain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nahueve AFC and the Drink Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Gustavo Abel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ariel Emeterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Asur having to interfere. Cecilio Asur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arsenio Gonzo's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. When Ermegildo Osmundo fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Drink Team's protests and gave Ermegildo Osmundo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, Ermegildo Osmundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cecilio Asur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Emeterio in the 34th minute of play. Carmelo Mikelats's late challenge caught a Nahueve AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Mikelats helped the player get up and apologised. Carmelo Mikelats hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Nahueve AFC's Delmiro Atarrabi got a free kick in the 40th minute. Arsenio Gonzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Nahueve AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ariel Emeterio to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Drink Team's Cecilio Asur got control of the ball when Arsenio Gonzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Nahueve AFC's Arsenio Gonzo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cecilio Asur. That made the score 0-2 after 62 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arsenio Gonzo got free with Cecilio Asur in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cecilio Asur was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Arsenio Gonzo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arsenio Gonzo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Drink Team's zone, Arsenio Gonzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Asur came out of the goal and Arsenio Gonzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Ariel Emeterio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nahueve AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Emeterio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Asur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Drink Team defense, Arsenio Gonzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecilio Asur. The Drink Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecilio Asur should have stopped the shot. Ariel Emeterio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 90th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Nahueve AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
