It was a well-played corner which Danilo Resto managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Talleres's Nestor Libertad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Talleres from getting a goal against them. Luis Dayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Heli having to interfere. Filiberto Iaki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Heli having to interfere. Ovidio Heli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Dayam in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, Guatana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Meder to maneuver through the defense. Braulio Rami, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Braulio Shantala helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Shantala. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ariel Viator in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nestor Libertad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 64 played minutes, Talleres's Dante Gervaso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ovidio Heli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Talleres reached it. If Filiberto Iaki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Filiberto Iaki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ovidio Heli. The goal made the score 0-2. Luis Dayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto Iaki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Heli having to interfere. Talleres's Nestor Libertad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Viator in the 82nd minute of play. Luis Dayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Heli having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Guatana's goalkeeper Ovidio Heli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Dayam. With an all-out effort, Talleres's Ovidio Heli threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filiberto Iaki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
